


Great, understated, book. Possibly menacing. Never read it before because of the cover below which seemed far too hard sci-fi for my sensibilities. That's a really dumb cover but there must have been something in the air. Lichen.

and John Wyndham is a bit under-rated / forgotten these days, unfairly
would make a good movie i think, The Chrysalids.
Can't believe it isn't a movie. It's perfect for now. A really odd oversight.
