Upon The Pun / Haunting

Surprised there aren't more artworks based on this basic, classically creepy, unheimlich image. Human Not So Human. It feels primordial but also utterly related to the current (or to the Currents) stasis (more like a stand off, a collective poker bluff) in social skills / media / communication where no one knows what the next move could be & so just drifts & gazes & wonders at how the world has changed without actually attempting to change it. This symptom, that of a world distorted by a refusal to let go if the undistorted past, hasn't even started haunting us yet, whatever we think...
